Art stores in Tokyo kick arse. Floors and floors of art materials make me drool and only the lack of space and money prevent me from buying everything.
I have the problem here in the states, where none of the art stores I go to, with the exception of one in old town Pasadena, that offers any type of photography supplies. I have to drive 10+ miles in either direction to just be able to find one. Thank fully there is a ridiculously close one to my work, but when I decide to quit that joint, I'm going to have a hell of a time or just leave work early one day.

ReplyDeleteThat's so frustrating. Maybe stock up before you leave?
ReplyDeleteAgreed.
ReplyDeleteSoooo mouth watering.
I have excessive art materials as it is. And kanji books - I can't resist those things.
